This coffee just does not dissolve. I actually have to add the coffee to the water in the pot after boiling and then use a strainer to pour it into the cup. It is then weak because blobs of coffee stick to the strainer. Don't waste your money

Does not dissolve very well or taste as good as it use to.Might be time to try a different brand.

I also have a problem with it dissolving, the regular dissolves just fine and I don't understand how adding Splenda would cause a difference, Splenda dissolves very well. I followed directions and boiled the water and added it to the cup with the double mocha already in it and that just resulted in a clump on the bottom of the cup and clumps floating on top. My mother and sister refuse to buy it when I go visit them because of this problem. I think you need to look into it and maybe fix the recipe?
    Thanks for listening.

I sent you a message through Facebook regarding the sugar free double mocha and how it does not dissolve well, certainly not like the English toffee or French vanilla. I have even tried BOILING the water to see if that helps. I like the idea of sugar-free to save sugar consumption and calories, but do not like drinking clumps of mix floating on the top of my drink. Just thought you should know.
